4. Location Services and Privacy

5. Data Storage and Backup

All trip data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

While Milo Track strives to provide accurate GPS tracking, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. GPS technology may be affected by various factors including weather, satellite availability, and device hardware. Users should verify tracked distances and times before using them for business, tax, or legal purposes.

7. Business and Tax Use

If you use Milo Track for business expense reporting or tax deduction purposes, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local tax laws and business policies. We recommend consulting with a tax professional or accountant for guidance on mileage deductions and record-keeping requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

The Milo Track app, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without our written permission.
